How to Login as a User

When you launch Fynd CORE, you'll see the initial login screen. From here, you have two main options to access the platform:

Option 1: Microsoft Entra Login

Tap the blue “Go to user login” button to sign in with your organization’s Microsoft account.

Option 2: Legacy Login

Prefer using a traditional username and password? Click “Legacy login” at the bottom of the screen.

You can also enter a PIN here if you're joining a session directly (useful in group scenarios).

Option 1: Microsoft Entra Login 

After selecting “Go to user login”, you'll be taken to the Microsoft login screen.

What to do:

1. Enter your email address associated with your Microsoft Entra ID.

2. Click Next.

3. Follow any additional authentication prompts (like 2FA, if enabled).

Option 2: Legacy Login 

If you select “Legacy login”, you’ll see a screen to enter your username and password.

What to do:

1. Enter your username
2. Enter your password
3. Before you enter the session you can change your Audio settings using the adjustment icon button.
4. Click on the "Login" button and choose a nickname in the dialog box. 
5. Click "Next" and you will now be logged into Fynd CORE as a user
6. Click on the app you would like to start 
   
   

Switching Between Login Methods

Need to switch? No problem.

• From Microsoft login: click “Back” to return to the initial screen.

• From Legacy login: click “Go to join with PIN” or simply return to the previous screen.

Additional Settings

Before logging in, you can also:

• Choose to join unmuted using the toggle.

• Access audio or environment settings using the gear icon.
