Open the context menu

Navigate to and choose "Drawing"

Then choose "Get marker"
This will spawn a marker in front of you

Grab the marker and start drawing by holding the trigger button down while moving your arm.
While holding the marker you can also access the markers context menu.

Open the marker context menu to change the color of the marker!
Projection Drawing
With Projection drawing you can draw on any drawable surface, that includes, drawable objects, maps and whiteboards.
Enable Projection Drawing: Turn it on from the marker context menu.
Start Drawing: A laser will point from the marker, allowing you to draw from the tip of the laser just like you would with a regular marker.
