Session Audio
Mute yourself
On your name tag, you will see a microphone icon. Click it to mute yourself to the session, so nobody can hear you. Click it again to unmute.
Silence individual users
Under your name tag, there is list of all the other participants with their name tags. Next to their name, you will see a speaker icon. Clicking on this speaker icon will silence that individual participant, so you cannot hear them anymore. Click it again to enable sound for that participant. This can be helpful if you want to eliminate background noise or if you prefer not to listen to a particular individual during your interactions in Fynd CORE.
This only silences the user for you, not the other participants in the session. The silenced user can still hear you, unless you mute or deafen yourself.
Deafen
At the top of the participant list, you also have the option to deafen yourself. This will disable your microphone, as well as silence everyone in the session, meaning you cannot hear anyone, and nobody can hear you.
When you deafen yourself, you mute yourself as well as silence everyone else. The other participants can still hear each other; they are only silenced for you as long as you're deafened.
