In VR, you can use a virtual keyboard to input text. When you select an input field, the virtual keyboard appears.

How to use the Keyboard,

Point and Click: Point your laser at the input field and click the trigger button to select it. Then, use the laser to select keys on the virtual keyboard and click the trigger button to type.
